I’m Roisin Green, a certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) therapist and trainer, offering couples therapy in Totnes, Devon and online. Alongside my clinical work, I also train other therapists in RLT.
You may be here because...
You keep having the same argument and nothing changes.
Trust has been broken and you do not know how to rebuild it.
You feel more like housemates than partners.
Intimacy or sex has become difficult, tense, or avoided.
One or both of you is wondering whether the relationship can change.
If that sounds familiar, therapy can help you understand what is happening between you and begin doing something different.

What I help couples with
I work with couples facing recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, broken trust, betrayal, power struggles, and intimacy difficulties. Where sexual difficulties are part of the wider relationship picture, we can work with those too.
Psychosexual concerns are often deeply linked with communication, shame, safety, trust, resentment, and emotional closeness. When that is relevant, I integrate this work as part of the wider therapy.

Grounded in Relational Life Therapy
My work is rooted in Relational Life Therapy, and alongside my clinical work I also train therapists within the RLT faculty. I am also trained to facilitate RLT Relationship Bootcamps.
How I Work
Therapy with me is warm, direct, and active. I do not sit silently on the sidelines. My work is rooted in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), which means I help couples identify the patterns keeping them stuck, take more honest responsibility, and build new ways of relating that are both practical and deep.
Active rather than passive
I work directly with what is happening between you, rather than staying at a distance from it.
Depth with practical tools
Alongside emotional insight, I help couples build skills and habits they can actually use in daily life.
Not endless open-ended therapy
My aim is not to keep you in therapy indefinitely, but to help you make meaningful changes in how you relate.
An Integrative Approach
Alongside RLT, I also integrate other modalities where helpful.

Psychosexual therapy
When intimacy, desire, or sexual difficulties are part of the wider picture.

Somatic approaches
To work with the body, nervous system, and the impact of stress or trauma

Somatic EMDR
Where deeper trauma processing is needed. This allows the work to be emotional, relational, and embodied, rather than staying only at the level of talking or insight.
